I've just placed my order. When will I receive my item?
Once your item is in hands of our shipping company the time until delivery depends on your current location as well as other shipping companies involved. Please check out ourshipping pagefor estimated delivery times.
When will I receive my tracking information?
You will receive your tracking link after 2-5 days. Please allow a few more days for your tracking information to completly update.
Can I cancel an order?
Changed your mind about your order? Maybe you want a different color? Quickly contact us within a few hour so we can try to change your order before we send it, but we cannot guarantee! Once your order is forwarded to our shipping company, there is no way to change.
What happens if a product is not in stock?
We try to update our inventory system daily, however it may happen that our product is out of stock and you’ve already paid for it. If this is the case, we will contact you and try to find a solution for you.
I sent a email to the customer service. When will I get a reply?
We try to answer your email as soon as possible, but due to many orders we guarantee a reply within 24-48 hours.
What payment options can I choose on check out?
Our customers can use PayPal or Credit Card on check out. If you do not own a credit card, you can simply register for a free PayPal account and either transfer money to your PayPal account or connect your own bank account to PayPal.
I've ordered, but I never received my package
