Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package gets lost or fail to arrive within 60 working days after the order date (confirmed with the tracking information), the customer can choose between the following options:
- We will send a replacement immediately with no extra cost
- Store credit: 110% of the order amount + extra 15% OFF coupon
- Request a full refund in the original payment method.
Coolcat Gadget is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Coolcat Gadget will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges of damaged items on arrival (if applicable)
To be eligible for exchanges, you must send an email to contact@coolcatgadget.com with pictures of the damaged items and proof of sale within 7 days of delivery. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement in exchange to the faulty product,
Returns for a refund (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, you must send an email to contact@coolcatgadget.com with pictures of the defected items and proof of sale within 7 days of delivery. If your refund request gets accepted, you should mail your product with all the original components to our office. To assure you receive your refund, please use trackable mail service, and please note we will not be responsible for lost or missing return packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you will be refunded within 24 hours. All refunds will be reflected on your banking statement within 1-3 business days after your order is inspected and deemed returnable.
Non-returnable situations (if applicable)
We cannot process returns or refunds in the following situations:
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at coolcatgadget@gmail.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Our refund policy lasts 7 days after successful delivery:
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from Coolcat Gadget's e-commerce site are not eligible for return or refund.
Consumer guarantees do not apply in cases where the customer simply changed their mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, decided they no longer want it, chose the wrong size, or have no use for it.
Such requests may only be considered under our exceptional-case evaluation process.
