Average shipping time: 15-35 business days* depending on the country of destination. Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. (All free international shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays)

Our packages have specific tracking information. You will receive an email notifying you once your order has been shipped. The status of your order can be reviewed anytime by logging into your account.

For ease of tracking we send most of our parcels per product, please keep this in mind when receiving your items. If you don't receive your full order please track your remaining items for ETA.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. 

In rare cases some products may need 6-8 weeks to get shipped because we have to use special shipping methods for orders containing liquid, battery etc.
